Terms & Conditions

  1. The organiser is Watch Me Think (GB9137831) whose registered office is at The Black Barn, Cliddesden, Basingstoke, RG25 2JL, United Kingdom (offices in Australia and the USA).
  2. Employees of Watch Me Think or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via spd.watchmethink.com
  5. Closing date for entry will be 10 March 2017. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  9. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, Leicester winning the English Premier League again, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organiser’s control
  10. The organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  11. No alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
  12. Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the organiser and by a select selection of Watch Me Think’s Thinkers
  13. The winners will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of final judging date - but probably the day after :-) If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  14. The organiser will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected, or alternatively how it can be transferred to their bank or PayPal account.
  15. The organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  17. The winners agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  18. The winners' names will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to thefolks@watchmethink.com
  19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Watch Me Think and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the relevant aspects of the following Privacy Policy found at watchmethink.com/privacy

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Each submission must be the original work of the entrant/s and must not infringe the rights of any other party.
  2. The entrant/s must be the owner/s of the copyright in the entry(s) submitted.
  3. Ownership of the copyright in any entry submitted to the Competition will remain with the copyright owner(s).
  4. By entering the Competition, the entrant/s grant/s to the organiser a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to reproduce, publish, adapt, exhibit and communicate to the industry and public, by any means, and in all media, throughout the world, of all submissions that they make.
  5. All submissions may be used by the organisers for the purposes of promoting the competition and in future work carried out by the organiser, whether related to this competition or not.
  6. The organisers may keep the submissions within an archive (electronic or otherwise).
  7. Submissions will not be allowed to be used/re-used by 3rd Parties unless permission is expressly given by the entrant/s such for such use.
  8. If/where appropriate the entrant/s will deal directly with such 3rd parties for permission and/or remuneration.
  9. Such agreements will not infringe on the organizer’s right to use the submission as stated in 4) above.
